Yesterday I didn’t get much sleep so I drank a cup worth of that cold brew coffee that comes in milk cartons. It has the whole package in it, creamer and sugar. It tastes super good as well that alone made me want continue drinking it. Didn’t really help though when I fell asleep a couple of hours later.
Coffee comsumed with fibrous food seems to give a slow release that can last for a couple days - so avoid that if you just need a boost in the morning and have an espresso then go for a sh*te and smoke a cigarette
