Ilian Tape isn’t that obscure but it’s one of the best active labels today.

I’m really diggin AD93, specially the Blue series:

Mikrofunk, mainly minimalistic and glitch drum and bass:

Dajnow, a really REALLY obscure glitch and IDM label from Buenos Aires:

And DIR, which is mainly club music, from techno to breakcore:
